That was the first time I felt like I was crazy because people were writing how "brave" he was and i was like. "you keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means." To me it was a cry for help.

True. But I’ve done two 50-mile races at altitude, and numerous marathons and ultras under a variety of conditions. I have a good sense of the required effort and I train for them. No question
