    Whatever the result on Saturday we urge everyone to support the UL Candidate and to work towards unity, to ensure Unite remains at the forefront of the left fightback. Graham worked all his life for the widest unity of the left, we urge you to recall all his advice and arguments.

    Another reason Graham always rated and supported Steve Turner is his personality, and also his loyalty and integrity. Not only does he have a strong understanding of the struggles of the working class today, he also has class loyalty to stand with us shoulder to shoulder.

    As the CPB says in its support of Steve, he understands we “must build a wider social and political movement to transform society, that we have to plan now to position our union and our class to meet the challenges ahead."

    Our father knew and worked with Steve for a very long time and was proud of the long track record of fantastic work he has in fighting for workers. Steve’s work in the transport sector of the T&GWU showed his willingness to develop and support working class struggles regardless.
