5/Both Brown & PLoS One appear to have entirely dismissed the concerns expressed by the signatories of the petition. Meanwhile, there are now more than 4,500 signatures & 1,300 comments. It will soon be time for another mailing to Brown & PLoS One.

Hard to call Littman's paper actual research all of the basic tenants of a research ignored not even up to 1st year under grad standard

That'd be 'basic tenets.' Tenants are people who rent houses. Not sure I'm going to take you as an authority on what counts as 'actual research.'
