@Wowcher_Support how long do I have to deal with your automated robot teams to deal with a refund? Purchased a mystery holiday away to "Bali,Dubai..." & got options to mainland Europe? Due to false advertising, I would like my money back but wowcher walllet only has refunded 1/3?
The customer service travel team sends me to your automated phone call line. As I already said, the “refund” is short so who is dealing with that? Your automated, pre-drafted replies? #scam @OmbudServices
