How about forced treatment for all those human beings who are dying on the streets from nonviolent crimes?!
Not everything has to be about prisons, you know... We need to help them heal & be productive to society, not encourage their deadly behavior with consumption sites!

Forced treatment is not a effective response to addiction for the same reasons as incarceration.
