Deputy Zackari Parrish paid the ultimate sacrifice. Let’s honor him by passing the Zackari Parrish III Violence Prevention Act. #HB1436 would have prevented this tragedy. It is a common sense approach to keep people and law enforcement safe. #coleg

The Zackari Parrish III Violence Prevention Act is supported by sheriffs, police chiefs, leading district attorneys,
@CBI_Colorado & the CO State Patrol. It is a chance to come together and do the right thing for Colorado. We all agree, the time is now.#coleg#HB1436Show this thread -

How is a “mental health episode” defined exactly, according to this law?

What about pills, ropes, knives, etc. Guns are not the cause of suicide.
-
But guns are more effective, is this not obvious?
-
So it's ok for them to commit suicide as long as they don't use a gun.
-
If 100 people try to commit suicide with a gun, 90% of them (or more) will succeed. If 100 people try to commit suicide with a knife, something less, maybe 50% will succeed. So, if you got rid of guns, you'd save 40 lives in this example. Yes, some will try again. Some won't.
-
So you think people who are suicidal wont try to kill themselves if no guns were available. Ok. Have a good day.

Your reading comprehension is just atrocious.
