Why should we throw more money at a failing system?
Teachers need more 💵/classroom resources/support, etc. Also, school systems need to implement & enforce student cell phone restrictions, which would be a SIGNIFICANT step in helping both teachers & students in an already challenging learning environment.

Teachers are at school long before the first bell and long after the last bell. Leaving a legacy deserves a good pay
