We need light rail that connects Tidewater from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach, like yesterday. They've been *improving* the same section of I 64 for about 20 years. Keep up the good work Governor.

There needs to be an auxiliary lane in the I-95 northbound direction between PWP and Route 123 also! Traffic gets bottlenecked on Saturdays during the Express Lane reversal and every weekday morning due to the express lane merge.
