$1,000 bonus checks are in the mail for Florida's first responders. These checks are a token of our appreciation for all they do to keep our communities safe and secure.
This makes two years in a row that we have delivered for our fire rescue and law enforcement communities.

This money came from the Democrats #AmericanRescuePlan, that every Republican in Congress voted AGAINST.
Thank you Democrats!

Yes, he could have declined the money but instead gave it to first responders. And that's a problem?

He could have, but he didn’t. But his post looks like it’s money he’s giving & it’s not. Pretty simple. Just tell the truth.

Pretty much the same wordage veto or refuse. Come on...

Stop with your bull 💩. Governors can’t veto federal legislation. They can refuse $$ but they can’t veto laws. And there is a BIG difference.

Yesterday, Ron DeSantis announced $1,000 bonus checks to first responders. These checks were supported by Ileana Garcia.
While they are well deserved, both Ron and Ileana forgot to tell you that the money used came from President Biden's American Rescue Plan.
