Got terrible news today. Kaya is spending her last days on earth w/ us. Flying to TX tomorrow, her final flight, so she can rest where she was born. My heart is broken. Was a great service dog for me, and an inspiration to many more. She’s had a wonderful life. 💔💔💔

Four years ago, we promised a sound budget with $5.2 billion in reserves, $1.6 billion in the rainy day fund & $335 million in tax relief. Today, our Framework for Freedom budget contains $15.7 billion in reserves, $3.4 billion in the rainy day fund & $2 billion in tax relief.
