It does NOT apply to typical office environments, schools, restaurants, factories, or retail or grocery stores where large groups of people are present but it is unusual for them to be within an arm’s length of one another.

@GovMikeDeWine, factories have people elbow to elbow 8,10,12 hours a day for 7 days a week with upwards of 250-3,000 people in the plants at a time. Sure thing. Not to mention some of them travel abroad on a regular basis.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
