Chicago has tough gun laws and had the highest murder rate in the country. Don't start politics over a tradegy

Yes of course, the old “here is a fact that isn’t even a similar situation and now be quiet and stop trying to start discussion on twitter, a place devoted entirely to discussion.” Perhaps we should wait until the next sensless shooting to start talking?
-
You missed the whole point. Millions of very responsible gun owners out there. I gave the example about Chicago. Very real situation. How about this....personal responsibility. How about more of that. Again it's a tradegy and should not be politicized
-
I didn’t miss the point, it’s the same argument every time. My point is, despite there being plenty of responsible gun owners out there, it is too easy for guns to fall into the wrong hands and too often our children and our communities are left paying the price. Enough is enough
-
So you think the solution is taking away everyone’s guns? Who will be the ones having the guns? All the bad guys!! If you examine everything, you’ll find the shooters are always leftists, maybe we should ban them instead.
-
I never suggested that I have the solution only that something needs to change.

Sorry, I ran out of thoughts and prayers a long time ago. How about some sensible gun legislation?
-
There’s already enough gun legislation and laws...Don’t infringement on my rights because of “Idiots”, “drugs”, and “mental Illness”.
How about personal accountability and getting to the Core of the problem.

I'm sure you think this is a deer hunting rifle. By the way Comrade, the Russians funneled money through the NRA.pic.twitter.com/2hrLWdj2it

You’re not interested in having an actual discussion...Typical Liberal mentality
And no, that’s not a “deer hunting rifle”
Tell me, how are those “gun laws” working out in Chicago comrade??
I’ve owned guns my entire life...they don’t work unless SOMEONE Pulls The Trigger.pic.twitter.com/eIKZy4EqD9

I own guns and I still believe there should be tougher backround cks, a digital database so law enforcement can trace guns easier.
-
Again...enough laws already. They can easily trace guns. More laws Will Not stop murders. Deal with the root cause. We’ve had enough “liberal band aids” (ie DACA) They don’t work. Never have-Never Will
-
The NRA blocked a bill to digitize the records. You're entitled to your opinion, but I believe I have the moral high ground on this topic.
-
Hmm...You have no ground moral or otherwise. Get the facts on Who perpetrates the highest percentage of Gun Deaths. You might be surprised. And No...I do not want BigBrother tracking me or my guns. We are not a police state and thanks to Freedom loving Americans we never will be.
