@GovLarryHogan has not yet done the right thing, he is so ethically compromised by donations from builders/asphalt producers that he should recuse himself from@MDOTNews policies altogether. That is the only way Maryland can truly move forward on a 21st century transport plan.

As someone who reverse commutes to MD on a daily basis, your policy choices are an abomination to the term 'public transportation'! The cuts to marc trains, perpetual delays, gutting and outsourcing of shuttles for goverment workers have had devastating consequences already.
