Curiously, Governor Cuomo had sent me two acknowledgements to my e-mail, regarding letters that I had written to him back in September 22nd and 24th, 2017, respectively. But, still no answer despite two calls to the Executive Chamber at 518/474-8390. Why haven't I heard back?
