The second phase of the 2nd Avenue Subway is long promised and wildly overdue. With the infrastructure bill now signed into law, there are no more excuses. We will make good on our promise to Harlem and finish the extension to 125th St. 4/

Wind energy is great, electric cars are nifty, but what NY really needs is a network fast and frequent commuter trains and a clean, safe, fast and reliable subway system in the city.
