  Bravo governor! Vaccinating as many kids as possible should be a priority, & if a certain threshold is reached (say 75%) fully vaccinated BY COUNTY, then masks should be lifted.

  She's aware that the seasonal wave will still be occurring during that time (regardless of mask usage). This way, she can blame the people for keeping the mask mandates. That said, I'm glad she's willing to at least risk the loss of control.
