Buffalo needs more new busses the ones we have are well used and have a lot of miles on them. People really need us to be there for shopping or getting them to work on time. A broken down bus could mean loosing a good job.

Please please PLEASE add Wi-Fi to MTA trains that operate outside the city (Metro North and LIR). It’d be nice to have it at the stations, too.

Since people (who need to) are being priced out of driving in the city, we need cheap, safe & accessible transit. Not everyone can ride a bike or afford to pay for a family of 5 excursion on the subway/bus for a round trip.

We also rely on public safety, which you could care less about.

Your MTA workers sit at a station reading a book. No service whatsoever ever.
