Yeah, but state agencies don't even pick up phones to answer business owners inquiries. What do you have to say about that? Where is the access to these funds?

Opening a business is no easy task, but it is someone’s passion and dream.
But New Yorkers who recently opened their business haven’t been able to access federal or State relief. I’m introducing legislation for a $200M fund to help them succeed.
We’ll also help workers whose employers have not fully recovered and can't go back to work, by distributing $100M to workers in tourism-related jobs that have disappeared.
