Please do not reduce density. So many ordinary working people have already been pushed far out of the city because they can't afford to live there. Density is the one thing you should be INcreasing. YIMBY.

Are you mad? It's a neighborhood where the sidewalks are too crowded to walk normally. Sitting in a coffee shop is like riding the subway at rush hour. Sure, increase density.
