  You MUST increase train & bus frequency—social distancing is impossible right now. And there’s not enough emphasis on the mask mandates. Cops in the subway nearly all unmasked, & w low vax rates themselves. Get them out of the trains if they won’t follow the law & enforce it.

  Because subway ridership is up, that doesn’t mean riders are going into office towers 4 work. Many are going out to lunch, traveling within and out of neighboring boroughs to visit others, shopping and visiting family & friends. Only attendance at work will give attendance.
