You can literally shoot at someone and be released shortly thereafter due to bail reform but by all means let's focus on cyberbullying

This is a city problem. Mayors should do more since they're the first line of defense. I hear the NYC mayor is rather lackadaisical when it comes to crime in his city. I've been to Rochester many times and never heard gunshots. Maybe the mayors can collaborate against crime?
