North, West and Central NY are all above 4.86%. North Country is 6.22%. NYC is 1.23%. I don't know if NYC can keep its downward trends while non-NYC regions except for Long Island and Westchester are all ticking up. Without more measures a winter surge in NYS is not unlikely.

NY, this is getting old. Put your mask on when you enter a building. These numbers can be so much lower if we all work together. Mask up and get vaccinated or boosted if you're eligible.
