Wondering who freaking got the nomenclature correct for once. Of course, it had to be the Governor of the State of New York. Most people call anything above Westchester - Upstate. Got my attention seeing Western NY, & the North Country. Made me smile. An old guy from Upstate.
I’m sure the restrictions will be just as dumb as going into Canada right now.
Maybe some Canadian nurses will come down and help alleviate the massive health care crisis that is choking our hospitals and nursing homes. Will be faster and better than those mythical Filipino nurses and National Guardsmen, but not cheaper.
