Last time hospitalizations were under 2k is Aug 21. So for 7 weeks, NYS has not come down from the plateau. NYC on the other hand has cone down from peak of 901 on Sept 3 to 516 on Oct 9. 43% of NYS population, NYC infections, hospitalizations, deaths are all <1/4 of NYS.
