This is beyond laughable as you could give less than a damn about the mental health of state employees by forcing them back into overcrowded, germ and rodent infested offices like those maintained by
@NYSIF_1914. The agency also denies reasonable accommodations with regularity. -
The rate at which they deny accommodations should be investigated since GOER’s own playbook states it should be approached as if it will be granted. Instead
@NYSIF_1914 approaches as if denial is the expected outcome & they make sure it is! Otherwise ARC wouldn’t be involved. - Show replies
