It’s been more then 18 months and counting of not receiving rent so why only 12. If it wasn’t for this scam eviction moratorium I could find better tenants and not suffer loss. How are you sleeping at night

If the household is currently residing in the unit, not evict the household on behalf of whom the LRAP payment is made for reason of expired lease or holdover tenancy for one year from the receipt of the LRAP payment.

One of the “conditions” of assistance before,was too not evict on grounds of non payment. That didn’t help,the tenant issue of someone manipulating moratorium. Landlords were still on the hook,with a tenant you didn’t want to continue business with potentially.(for another 12mo)
