Why aren't kids who already got vaccinated eligible for the prizes, too? Why do only the people who procrastinated get possible prizes?

You have to now bribe people to get them vaccinated? Sounds to me like its not convincing enough on its own. This is not ethical and there will be campaigns challenging your dictates. Especially when you boldly act like Jesus who has apostles.
