Only two regions saw continuous downward trend in positivity rates: NYC and Mid Hudson. Of 5137 new cases, 1311 are NYC. Of 47 deaths, 17 NYC. NYC positivity rate 1.4% today, 1.6% 7-day average. Rural counties are still on a plateau.
