If necessary, I’m prepared to sign an executive order to increase workforce supply and allow qualified health care professionals licensed in other states or countries, recent graduates, retired and formerly practicing health care professionals to practice in New York.

Other options include deployment of medically-trained @NationalGuardNY members, and partnering with the federal government to deploy teams to assist local health and medical systems.

National Guards with medical training are very different than hcws that had years of schooling based on providing care in hospital settings... Just test all of them to see who's immune from prior infection and keep them instead? You want more people to die or?
