@GovKathyHochul why doesn’t upstate hydros receive the same subsidies that wind, solar, and apparently Quebec hydros are getting?! Crazy to think that Canadien hydro is getting a better deal, also many upstate hydros are maintained and operated by @IBEW workers, not wind/solar
