Folks, in NYS' numbers, NYC is doing so much better than non-NYC counties. It is the first time since Mar 2020 that NYC positivity rate (accumulative) is now lower than rest of NYS. No NYC counties are in top 5 accumulative positivity rates.pic.twitter.com/8jqmrrnApJ
