Here I was feeling like the government had that covered? Seems way too basic a deserved right to have had to wait 20 years! Kinda pitiful, so I guess a thank you is in order to you Gov. Hochul.

Agreed idk how the government didn't have the National Guard included in this? I'm hoping to hear more on this from those I know who served & serve now. She's not very clear or to the point when she talks.. To much babbling, so I hope others touch on this. Much deserved for them
