These laws will help not only the first responders who were there on 9/11 & who cleaned the site for weeks afterward, but also the dispatchers & communications personnel who keep us safe today. We remember those we lost and must continue to honor those who are with us today.
What about the volunteers for Red Cross who worked by the pile feeding the rescue workers?
