Why does state not care about small landlords? We are loosing our life savings and dealing with hostile tenants. Eviction should be case by case bases. Rent related executions can be compensated and stopped by tent relief program but other eviction cases should be heard in court

Agreed. Small landlords are falling through the cracks. My neighbor has a deadbeat renter who has been stealing county payments for a year. No rent for fifteen months. Can't get him out because he lies about being out of work due to COVID (hasn't worked in ten years).

How many New Yorkers are still unemployed and loosing their only income to no faults of their own....when unemployment rate is still 6% or higher. Please extend unemployment until January 1,2022. Just the reg wba without the 300$
