Landlords are your neighbors too! You said you want to extend but yet gave no clear reason as to why. ERAP applicants won't be evicted so why must you extend the moratorium? Landlords will not survive this extension and it's never the last! God bless us all!
You are abandoning small landlords! Why are you not helping me get my property back!? This will eventually make small landlords take their apartments off the market, thereby reducing moderate price apartments for "our neighbors in the State of New York".
What about the suffering building owners? There are people who have their life savings invested into rental properties. Are you mandating breaks on mortgages or property taxes? Of course not because our property taxes are funding ERAP which has not paid out yet. Such a joke.
