With all due respect Governor I think the people who need it most are people who aren’t on Twitter and social media. I’d send a flyer to every single New Yorker on record with the link/resources/phone number they need to do this.

When will the rest of NYS student be receiving there P-EBT for the 2020-2021 school year. Why is it that NYC students are first priority and the rest of the state has to wait much longer. It’s not fair for them to wait so long. All NYS student should be treated the same way.

Exactly. A moratorium isn’t going to fix that. It will only keep people from not doing what they need to. Riding off the system is easier than doing the work. This will FORCE them to get the paperwork in.
