But what good will it be if this offering is delivered under the same set of crap rules as everything else? ISP mobsters do whatever they want and for one have cost my family money in loss of work despite us having a 300mb connection (I've yet to see it break 50).

$15 mb internet will just end up being a confusing experience for those who do not know better, bring them into hopeless upgrades and further dark patterns, eventually bring endless frustration and further financial problems. ISP's are out of control!

Affordable? What about those who still can't get access at all! It needs to be available to all! Those who can't afford it already have multiple benefits to assist, some getting free wifi from schools and other programs. Make it available to ALL FIRST!!
