My small town library is part of the OWL system which is made up of other County libraries. It’s a wonderful system. It allows me to download ebooks to my kindle appp & enjoy for FREE. Have read some of my bucket list books. We must keep funding libraries!
As a child, my local library was a respite from my large, boisterous family & I devoured books there.
Libraries today provide more than just books. Internet access to apply for college, jobs, even vaccines. Our budget delivers $130 mil for libraries.

Our upstate library is open on a limited basis. We do curbside pick up, are open by appointment for browsing & computer use, & have bumped up online resources. Our patrons have needed us. We do virtual reference, tech help, local history research, & programming. Miss the kids!!
