I have no faith in this. NYC can't even keep cars out of the box or stop people from honking, keep parks or streets clean or cleared from snow, but this will be fine? Nahhh. Baaaadd idea!

Why can't arts venues charge a ticket for outdoor events? The Gov continues to prohibit arts & entertainment venues from making money without providing support in the form of rent or tax relief, etc.
