Kathy, please remember the women that retired from Delphi as clerks, secretaries, engineers & mid level managers. Some as long as 40 yrs. They all lost most of there retirement income.
Not only are women losing their jobs at higher rates --they’re put in positions where they frequently have to quit in order to care for their families.
It’s heartbreaking and it’s unacceptable.
