Since Sept. - Nov. we've had 46,000 data points to determine how this virus is spreading. With that information, we determined 74% of cases are coming from private gatherings. So this virus is controllable.

Pleased to report that gyms and personal care businesses, like nail and hair salons, can reopen on Monday. Gyms can reopen at 25% capacity. Personal care can reopen at 50% with weekly testing of employees.

We are still concerned with hospital capacity across the state. I'm asking everyone: Don't be the next person to take a hospital bed. We can control this. With the holiday season, I hope people change their behavior and don't travel.
