As we head into Thanksgiving, this is #WNY’s most vulnerable time.
To the majority of my neighbors here in Western New York, I thank you for your many sacrifices. To those of you who are responsible for people getting sick & businesses shutting down, what are you doing?
Stop!
But my friends, it does NOT have to be this way. Other counties were in trouble, they fought back, and they are now safe again.
Our #COVID19 cluster strategy works. But only if everyone will do three really simple things:
1) Wear a mask
2. Limit gatherings to no more than 10
3. Stay separated
I know everyone is sick & tired of this. But I told the Governor I have faith in #WNY.
We know we can get through this miserable time.
We’ve been knocked back before, but no one is tougher than Western New Yorkers.
I’m counting on you. Let’s stop the spread & save lives.

Once they get the nursing home situation under control, the rates will drop again and the closing of bars, restaurants, gyms and salons will have had no impact on the decrease. But that's not how the elected officials will paint the picture.
