Teachers should be in school with our students. Schools were not the issue. We were being successful and safe. Follow CDC guidelines. Bars, Restaurants, Bowling Alleys, Malls, Hockey Rinks, all open. Schools closed. #Science

@NYGovCuomo just cut school funding 20% mid-year & has underfunded public education throughout his time as governor, so future teachers will have a very difficult time landing a job in NYS as positions continue to be cut -
And how many years has he fought properly funding public education? This educator/board member has a long memory.....I still remember the demonization of my profession a few years ago
