None of this should be a surprise — the numbers are rising because there are people who choose not to follow the guidance and are actively jeopardizing the health & safety of fellow Western New Yorkers. 2/5
We know how to stop the spread. We all want our local businesses and schools to reopen as soon as possible. We can make that happen. Governor Cuomo and I have been saying it since the beginning: wear a mask, limit gatherings, and socially distance. 3/5
