Serious question - is it truly a lack of childcare, or a lack of child care during the state mandated remote/hybrid schooling? Two VERY a different scenarios? I know multiple moms who decided to stay home rather than arrange more child care during all this....
After all the hard-fought gains, over 800,000 women now leave the workforce. No surprise the prime culprit is lack of #childcare.
