New York is leading the world with how we’ve been able to reduce the spread of the coronavirus. To get here, we needed to make reopening decisions based on the facts, not emotion. That approach allowed us to begin unlocking the economy two weeks ago with Phase 1.

True. We didn’t all lock down to defeat the virus, we locked down so healthcare wouldn’t be overwhelmed when we get sick. The virus hasn’t gone anywhere. People will still get sick & sadly pass. The data is based on assumptions! Let's be smart, wear Mask, stay physically distant.
