True! The National Fraternity of the Police is backed by a Federal Union that is unbreakable (for now). It is a bigger problem than any local gov't. As an aside & as someone who serves medically, when in a rush situation, as it was yesterday, it's hard to follow standard practice

When I listened this morning he said we were on track to start phase two but we still needed to review the numbers and confirm. Has it officially been announced we are allowed to start phase two? There are a lot of questions coming into businesses and we don't know how to answer.
