that is necessary for us to move forward and build back better than before. We must show empathy, and have a lot of listening to do. We are better than this.

The outrage we see unraveling as a result of racist discrimination against Black communities is valid. I am outraged too. This anger deserves to be channeled into activism. But when it is met with violence, we are diminishing the human connection, compassion, and respect...
