#WNY: Nothing has changed. As long as necessary metrics are sustained, Western New York would be eligible for Phase Two reopening as soon as Tuesday.

Why are we waiting til Tuesday? Governor correctly said we can move to next phase sooner if numbers have been trending fine. Maybe life is good for you right now,, but tens of thousands of people are adversely affected by this shutown...let's act like we care about them too.
