This is a good start, but how can a community of tens of thousands of religious people do their services with a 10 people restriction? why not base it on the 25% capacity etc?

NYS government is suppressing religious worship. If 6' is okay at Home Depot, it is ok at church. I understand that there may be prosecutions of government officials when this is said and done for robbing people of their freedoms.
